TOWN & COUNTRY MEDICAL SPA - Arrival and Cancellation Policy
Town & Country Medical Spa requests you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will ensure adequate time for changing into your spa attire and to fill out necessary paperwork.
As a courtesy to all patients, late arrivals can only be accommodated in the remaining time of the appointment. Every consideration will be given to extending the original appointment start time providing the time to do so is available. However, regardless of when the appointment is started it will end as scheduled to allow the next patient to be taken on time.
Please note our cancellation policy is as follows:
We require 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. Those failing this 24 hour notice will be charged 25.00 for each appointment cancelled.
No-shows will be charged full service price.
You will be asked for a major credit card number to secure your appointment when booking.
